At OmniAgent, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, due to the digital nature of our AI Voice Agent services, we have the following cancellation and refund policy:

Subscription Services:
Once a payment is made and the service is activated, cancellations are not permitted, and payments are non-refundable. -
Service Disruption:
If the service is disrupted due to technical failures from our side for a prolonged period, customers may request a prorated refund. -
Refund Process:
Any refund, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days of approval via the same mode of payment used during the transaction.
